The personal information declared by the client and any element of identification concerning him/her are intended for the Rental Company who is authorized by the client to keep them in computer memory and to use them, within the framework of the present contract. In accordance with the law on data processing and liberties no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified by the law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, the client has at any time an individual right of opposition, access, modification, rectification and deletion of data which concern him/her, which he/she can exercise by writing to: MEMENT S.A.R.L. - Chez SODIVA - Lotissement Acajou, Californie 97232 Le Lamentin.

Collection and transfer of personal data

The information communicated by the buyer is intended for the seller who will be required to transmit all or part of this information to its business partners for the sole purpose of processing the order and delivery of the products and/or provision of the services ordered by the buyer.

The personal data collected by the Rental Company are neither sold nor communicated externally for advertising purposes. In accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978, the client has at any time a right of access and rectification of personal data concerning him/her.

Legal validity

The legal ineffectiveness of one of the preceding clauses does not entail the legal invalidity of the other clauses.

The Rental Company informs its users that the elements of its websites are protected by copyright legislation: this may be the case in particular with photographs, articles, drawings, and animated sequences contained in this site. The rights to these elements belong to the seller or are the subject of an authorization of use for the benefit of the latter. Any total or partial reproduction or representation of this site by any means whatsoever, without the express permission of the seller, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the French Code of Intellectual Property.

Any image, text, and graphic element used without the consent of the seller may be subject to legal proceedings.

The databases on the website are protected by the provisions of the law of July 11, 1998 transposing the European directive of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases into the Intellectual Property Code (IPC). In particular, the extraction and reuse, quantitatively or qualitatively substantial, of the contents of the databases contained on this Internet site are prohibited. Collecting cookies

The Rental Company engaged in a continuous process of personal data protection, complies with all French and European regulatory and legislative provisions relating to the protection of this data. How long do we keep your data?

We will retain your data as long as you use our services. We may also retain them even if you decide to stop using our services, including to comply with applicable law, to defend our interests or assert our rights. We will keep them no longer than necessary and, when we no longer need them, we will securely destroy them in accordance with our internal policy or make them completely anonymous.
