The personal information declared by the client and any element of identification concerning him/her are intended for the Rental Company who is authorized by the client to keep them in computer memory and to use them, within the framework of the present contract. Collection and transfer of personal data

The information communicated by the buyer is intended for the seller who will be required to transmit all or part of this information to its business partners for the sole purpose of processing the order and delivery of the products and/or provision of the services ordered by the buyer.

The legal ineffectiveness of one of the preceding clauses does not entail the legal invalidity of the other clauses.

The Rental Company informs its users that the elements of its websites are protected by copyright legislation: this may be the case in particular with photographs, articles, drawings, and animated sequences contained in this site. The rights to these elements belong to the seller or are the subject of an authorization of use for the benefit of the latter.
